The free trial

The free trial lasts 90 days, needs no payment details and never turns into a charge by itself. Nothing is billed unless you choose to subscribe.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your plan page. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and live trading stops after that.

Refunds

Because you can try every strategy free for 90 days before paying, subscription fees are generally not refunded for a period that has already started. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not use the service because of a fault on our side, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take longer to show the money.

Trading results

Fees do not depend on trading results, and we do not refund or compensate trading losses. Read the risk disclosure before you trade.
