Who we are

AlgolaneBots is run by AlgolaneBots, based in India. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

What the service is

AlgolaneBots is software. It shows simulated strategy history, runs paper trading with pretend money, and can send orders to a brokerage account that you connect and control.

We are not your broker, and we do not hold your money or your investments. We do not give personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Every strategy is the same for all customers, and nothing here is a recommendation to you.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. You must give your true country of residence, because the features you can use depend on it. You may not use the service where it is not allowed by local law.

Your free trial

Your free trial lasts 90 days from the day you start it. Each person gets one. It needs no payment details and does not turn into a paid plan by itself. Paper trading stops when it ends unless you subscribe.

Subscription

A subscription costs the price shown on your plan page, plus any tax. It renews each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on your plan page, and access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

We do not charge fees based on your trading results. Our fee does not rise or fall with your profits or losses.

Automated trading

If you connect a broker and choose to follow a strategy, you authorize AlgolaneBots to send orders to that account automatically, for that strategy, up to the amount you set, until you pause or disconnect it.

You choose whether to connect, which strategy to follow, and how much it can use. You remain responsible for your account, including its suitability for you, its costs, margin, taxes, and all resulting gains and losses.

Orders can fail, arrive late, fill at worse prices, or be blocked by our safety checks. We may stop automated orders for any customer or all customers at any time, without notice, to protect customers or the service.

Your broker

Your account is a separate agreement between you and your broker. We do not control your broker, and we are not responsible for its acts, outages, rules or fees.

Simulated results

Backtests and paper results are simulated. They are not real trading, were not earned by anyone, and do not promise any future result. Please read the risk disclosure.

Your account

Keep your password and any tokens private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once at support@algolanebots.com if you think someone else has used it.

Fair use

Do not break the law, attack or overload the service, reverse engineer it, scrape it, or resell or republish its signals or content without our written permission.

Our content

The software, strategies, text and designs belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to use the service for yourself.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or profitable.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights that the law says cannot be removed.

Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or where the law requires it.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes before they take effect. If you keep using the service afterward, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, email support@algolanebots.com first. We aim to reply within two working days and to settle it with you before any formal step.
